A classic farmstead Gouda with a smooth buttery flavor and grassy aroma that comes from our 100% grass fed organic milk from our Water Buffalo! A classic snacking cheese with a wide variety of applications from mac and cheese to your next cheese plate.

Our Raw A2 milk is used to make delicious raw cheese by the local creamery "Alpine Heritage Creamery". The rest of the ingredients are simple - cultures, traditional rennet and salt.

The Buffalos at Buffalo Valley Pastures are exclusively grass-fed. They get a mix of hay and alfalfa in the winter. Our Water Buffalo are sure to offer you a milk that is delicious, creamy, and high in healthy fat!
