WB Tapa

Tapa from our exclusively grass-fed and pastured Water Buffalo! Tapa is a thinly sliced beef in a traditional Filipino marinade. It has a strong sweet, salty, spicy, tangy flavor similar to that of beef jerky. Cook it quickly over high heat and serve. Commonly eaten with fried rice and an egg for breakfast. Best paired with mild or lightly seasoned sides because of the intense flavor. Excellent for a tasty, quick meal!
